Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our services include personalised astrology, Kundli, remedies, Vastu, Astro-Vastu reports, Zoom reviews, and guidance services. Because these services involve manual review, personalised interpretation, report preparation, time allocation, and digital/service delivery, all purchases are treated as final.

All payments made to Cosmo Logic LLP / CosmoLogic Growth are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Kundli Growth Analysis + Remedies Report (₹2,999 plan)
• Priority Kundli Growth Analysis + Remedies Report (₹3,999 plan)
• Same-Day Priority delivery
• Kundli + Home / Office / Factory Vastu Analysis
• Optional Live Zoom Review
• Astro-Vastu Growth Accelerator (recurring)
• Digital reports and PDF Standard Reports
• Consultation services
• WhatsApp support or clarification services
• Any other paid astrology, Vastu, Astro-Vastu, or guidance service

Once payment is made, the order cannot be cancelled for refund.

This applies even if:

• You change your mind
• You later decide not to submit details
• You delay submitting required details
• You disagree with the interpretation
• You expected a different answer
• You do not follow the remedies
• You do not experience a specific result
• You purchased the wrong plan
• You miss or delay a scheduled Zoom session
• You are unable to attend the consultation at the scheduled time

Every report, remedy set, and consultation is prepared individually for you. Work — including chart calculation, manual review, and personalised interpretation — begins as soon as your payment is received and your details are submitted. Because the service is personalised and the work cannot be returned or resold, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

The 90-day WhatsApp support and the 12 optional weekly live Growth Sessions are included with the eligible plans. Attendance at these sessions is entirely optional and is not linked to any refund, credit, or eligibility condition.

Same-day or priority reports involve reserved time and faster manual processing. These payments are strictly non-refundable.

For Kundli + Home Vastu Analysis, payment is non-refundable after purchase, whether or not the client submits the layout immediately. If the client delays layout submission, report preparation may be delayed accordingly.

If you have purchased or added a Zoom Review, rescheduling may be allowed at our discretion if you inform us in advance. No refund is provided for missed Zoom sessions, late attendance, or failure to attend without prior notice.

A duplicate payment or failed/pending payment issue is not treated as a service refund request. If you believe you were charged twice for the same order, contact us with proof of payment. We may verify the issue with the payment provider and take appropriate action as required.

Astrology, Vastu, and Astro-Vastu guidance are interpretive and advisory in nature. No refund will be provided because a client disagrees with the guidance, expected a different prediction, expected a guaranteed outcome, did not follow remedies, or did not experience a specific result.

No refund is provided on the basis that a desired result was not achieved. Results vary depending on Kundli, timing, Vastu condition, implementation, personal effort, environment, and individual circumstances.
